Wild rice
‘Wild Rice’ reflects on the relationship of giving and receiving between life and nature. The use of wood and metal speaks to the nature of being, while the negative space suggests wild rice being blessed and returned to the Earth by the Supreme. The piece of metal represents the light of life, completing the dialogue between earth, nature and existence.
